Recalo + ChatGPT

Use Recalo inside ChatGPT

Recalo is a plugin in ChatGPT. Install it once, then ask ChatGPT to save a recipe, plan the week from what you have saved, or turn a chat into a checklist. Everything lands in your Recalo library, on your phone and on the web. It works on every ChatGPT plan, including Free.

Set it up in ChatGPT

About a minute. There is no URL to paste and no setting to switch on.

  1. Open Recalo in ChatGPT.

Go to Recalo in ChatGPT's plugin directory and click Install plugin.

  2. Sign in to Recalo.

ChatGPT opens a Recalo sign-in window. Use the same account as the app and approve access.

  3. Use it in a chat.

Start a new chat and type @Recalo, or just mention Recalo in what you ask. ChatGPT confirms each save with a link to the item in Recalo.

Things to ask

Checklists show up as a live card right in the chat. Tick things off or add an item and the change lands in Recalo. For the full weekly routine, see how to get ChatGPT to do your meal planning.

Good to know

Every ChatGPT plan. The plugin installs on any plan, including Free.

You'll need a Recalo account. Same login as the iPhone app and the web app. ChatGPT only ever sees your own library.

Free to try. A free Recalo account includes 50 saves through connected apps like ChatGPT. Reading what you have saved, and ticking the checklist card, never count. Recalo Pro ($3.49 a month or $34.99 a year) removes the cap.

Your AI does the thinking. ChatGPT does the reasoning, Recalo keeps the result. Recalo also has its own AI built in, so none of this needs ChatGPT.
